All furnishings in the WALP garden are for sale. This is a great opportunity to purchase plants, pots, furniture, pizza oven, stainless steel outdoor barbeque grill with sink and storage, blue stone hardscape flooring, projector & projection screen and also the constructed walls and trellis. We would be happy to deliver any items purchased Sunday the last day of the NWF&G show.

WALP is happy with Silver Medal at the NWF&G Show 2010

The WALP King County chapter is happy with receiving a Silver Medal at the 2010 NWF&G show. Having received the Silver Medal was icing on the cake for us:-)

WALP designers have created an outdoor living space at the NWF&G show 2010. A pizza oven from barbeque area with sink and storage. Phil Wood was able to play his favorite movie Casablanca on the big screen.

Over a year of planning, the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals are excited to have a display garden, "Simply Entertaining" in the 2010 Northwest Flower & Garden Show. This week will about finishing work on the walls, painting the Pizza Oven, and collecting & staging of all the plant material. Northwest Flower & Garden Show

At the 2010 Washington Association of Landscape Professionals and Washington Nursery Landscape Association Conference Jan Nielson with Marenakos was recognized as the 2009 Washington Association of Landscape Professionals Associate Representative of the year. As you can see the picture is fuzzy, it's not the picture in this case that is important, it's what Jan said at the microphone that is. I'll try an paraphrase what he said," my name is on the award, but it should say all Marenokos employees." Jan we appreciate your passion and wisdom that you bring to WALP. What an exciting family encouraged conference!! If you haven't taken your kids their yet, check it out.

The King county chapter would like to thank WALP/WSNLA and the Conference committee for hosting a fun, informational, and exciting experience. Several WALPkc members were recognized for their landscape projects and dedication to the WALP organization. There seemed to be a buzz that their might be some great marketing opportunties for WALP and WSNLA to collaborate on. We will keep everyone posted as this event becomes to fruition.
